Refund Policy

Polar Software is the merchant of record for every Agenteam5 purchase. They take payment, remit applicable taxes, and process refunds back to your original payment method.

Token packs

14 days from purchase, refundable pro-rata to unused tokens:

refund = (unused tokens / total tokens in pack) × purchase price

Spent tokens are non-refundable. Tokens earned from quests, streaks, or referrals are not part of any pack and never refundable.

Pro subscription

14 days from your first charge, refundable in full only if usage stayed under 200 tokens during the current period. Renewals are non-refundable, but you can cancel anytime to stop future charges. When you cancel mid-period, Pro stays active until the end of the period; we do not pro-rate the partial month.

How to request a refund

  1. Email hello@agenteam5.com with the order id from your Polar receipt and a one-line reason. We use the reason to improve the product, never to argue with you.
  2. We file the refund with Polar within 5 business days. Polar returns funds in 5–10 business days depending on your card issuer and country.

Chargebacks

Email us first. Disputes filed without contacting us may result in account suspension under §10 of the Terms of Service. We'd much rather refund you than fight a chargeback.

EU 14-day right of withdrawal

EU consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal under Directive 2011/83 for digital content. By running your first agent within the 14-day window, you expressly consent to begin performance and waive that right for tokens already consumed. Tokens not yet consumed remain refundable on the schedule above.

Currency, fees, taxes

All prices are in USD. We refund in USD; bank conversion fees on the original purchase are not refundable. Sales tax / VAT collected by Polar is refunded by Polar to the same account, automatically.
