What's a token?
The unit you spend per agent run. Coldforge (cold investor email) is 5 tokens. Researcher is 30. Pitchwright (full deck) is 250. Cadence (monthly investor update) is 400. You see the cost before every run.
How much do I get free?
300 tokens on signup, no card. They reset every month so you stay productive without ever paying. That's 60 cold emails or one short deck before any pack.
Do tokens expire?
Monthly tokens (the 300 free or Pro's 5,000) reset on the 1st of the month. Tokens you buy or earn are permanent — they never expire, even if you cancel Pro.
When should I buy a pack vs Pro?
Buy a pack if your usage is bursty (one big push for a fundraise, then quiet for a month). Pick Pro if you run several agents every week and want a predictable monthly bill.
Can I cancel Pro anytime?
Yes — from /app/wallet. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refundable within 14 days of the first charge if usage is under 200 tokens.

Polar Software is our merchant of record. We never see card data.
How do refunds work?
