Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Agenteam5. By creating an account you agree to them. We try to write them in plain English so you can actually read them.
1. The service
Agenteam5 (“we”, “us”) provides an AI-powered platform for founders — agents, workflows, and integrations that help you build, fundraise, launch, and scale your startup. The service is delivered as software-as-a-service via agenteam5.com.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) and have the authority to accept these terms on behalf of yourself or, where you sign up on behalf of an organisation, that organisation.
3. Your account
- You’re responsible for keeping your login credentials safe.
- You’re responsible for everything that happens under your account — including agent runs, integration connections, and purchases.
- One account per person, please. Sharing accounts is a violation of these terms and we may close them.
- Tell us straight away (hello@agenteam5.com) if you believe your account has been compromised.
4. Tokens, plans, and billing
- Agents consume tokens. Tokens come from three sources: a free monthly allowance, optional paid token packs, and earned bonuses.
- The Pro subscription ($39/month or $390/year) unlocks unlimited workflows and premium agent features. It auto- renews until you cancel from
/app/wallet. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. - Token packs(Starter $10, Builder $45, Operator $200, Scale $750) are one-time purchases. Once credited to your wallet they don’t expire.
- Payments are processed by Polar Software, our merchant of record. We don’t see or store your card details.
- Refunds: Pro subscriptions can be refunded within 14 days of the first charge if you have not generated more than 200 tokens of usage. Token packs are refundable within 14 days only on the unused portion. Email hello@agenteam5.com to request a refund.
- Prices are in USD and exclusive of VAT/sales tax where applicable.
5. What you can’t do
See the Acceptable Use Policyfor specifics. In short: don’t use Agenteam5 to harm others, break the law, scrape the platform, abuse the AI, or interfere with how the service works.
6. Your content
You own everything you put into Agenteam5 — your founder brief, your agent prompts, the artifacts agents generate from your inputs. By uploading or generating content you grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, process, and display that content for the sole purpose of providing the service to you. We don’t use your content to train AI models. We don’t sell your content. When you delete it, we delete it (subject to backup retention windows described in the Privacy Policy).
7. AI outputs
Agenteam5 uses Anthropic’s Claude models to generate text in response to your inputs. AI outputs:
- Are generated probabilistically and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or wrong.
- Should be reviewed before being used externally — especially for legal, financial, medical, or safety-critical decisions.
- May incidentally resemble outputs other users receive when given similar inputs. We can’t guarantee uniqueness.
- Are yours to use, including commercially. You’re responsible for ensuring use complies with applicable law and third-party rights.
8. Integrations
When you connect a third-party integration (e.g. Gmail, Stripe, Slack), you authorise that provider to share data with Agenteam5 through Composio. Your relationship with that provider is governed by the provider’s own terms. We’re not responsible for their availability, accuracy, or actions.
9. Service availability
We aim for high availability but make no guarantee of uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance is usually announced in advance. Unplanned outages happen; if they materially affect your use of the Pro subscription we will, on request, credit pro-rata.
10. Termination
- You can close your account at any time from
/app/settings. - We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, or applicable law — usually with notice and a chance to fix it, immediately for serious violations.
- On termination your data is deleted within 30 days as described in the Privacy Policy.
11. Disclaimers
Agenteam5 is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. AI outputs are not professional advice (legal, financial, medical, tax, or otherwise).
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or related to these terms or the service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD 100. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or anything that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
13. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of (a) your misuse of the service, (b) your content, or (c) your violation of these terms or applicable law.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date is acceptance of the new terms. If you don’t accept them, close your account.
15. Governing law & disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Israel. The courts of Tel Aviv have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, except where local consumer law mandates otherwise (in which case your local consumer protection rules apply). We’ll always try to resolve disputes informally first — please email hello@agenteam5.com.
