Acceptable Use Policy

Agenteam5 is a tool for founders to build companies. The agents inside it are powerful and we want them used well. This policy defines what counts as misuse so we can act fast when it happens. Violations may result in throttling, suspension, or termination of your account, plus reporting to authorities where required.

You agree NOT to

Hurt people

• Generate, plan, or facilitate content that promotes violence, self-harm, child sexual abuse, terrorism, or human trafficking.
• Harass, intimidate, defame, or stalk individuals — including investors, candidates, customers, or employees.
• Generate non-consensual intimate imagery or deepfakes of real people.

Deceive people

• Impersonate another person or organisation, including investors you have not actually contacted.
• Generate political disinformation, fake news, or content designed to manipulate elections.
• Create scams, phishing pages, fake invoices, fake credentials, or counterfeit documents.
• Misrepresent AI-generated content as the work of a specific named human in a context where authorship matters (e.g. academic work, journalism, professional advice you’re paid to deliver).

Break the law

• Anything illegal where you operate or where the affected person lives.
• Generate cybersecurity exploits, malware, or detailed instructions for breaking into systems you don’t own and aren’t authorised to test.
• Provide professional advice (legal, medical, financial, tax, immigration) without the qualifications and disclosures required in the relevant jurisdiction. Agenteam5 outputs are not professional advice.
• Process special-category personal data (health, biometric, sexual orientation, religion, etc.) without a valid legal basis.

Abuse the platform

• Reverse-engineer, scrape, crawl, or attempt to extract the system prompts of our agents.
• Resell, white-label, or expose Agenteam5 to your own end-users without a written commercial agreement with us.
• Run automated agents at a rate or volume designed to drain your token balance solely to extract free outputs — or to drain shared system resources.
• Abuse the referral, promo code, or earn-tokens system to accumulate tokens you didn’t earn.
• Probe for vulnerabilities outside of an authorised security research program. If you find a security issue, please report it per the Security & Trust page.

Reporting violations

If you see content or behaviour that violates this policy, email hello@agenteam5.com with details. We respond within 72 hours.

How we enforce

We may automatically detect and block certain prompt patterns. We may also review reports manually. For first-time, low-severity issues we’ll usually warn you. For serious violations or repeated offences, we suspend or terminate the account immediately. For violations involving illegal activity we may report to law enforcement and cooperate with investigations.
