Getting started
How long does signup take?
About 90 seconds. Sign in with Google or email, answer 5 onboarding questions, you're in.
Do I need a credit card?
No. The Free tier gives you 100 monthly tokens — enough for ~3 founder workflows. You only buy when you've actually used it.
What if I'm not sure which agent to use?
Type your question on the landing page in the "Auto-router" section. Claude picks the right agent. Or pick a starter prompt from /templates.
Agents
How many agents are there?
10 — Researcher, Pitchwright, Coldforge, Counsel, Capper, Recruiter, Marketsmith, Numbersmith, Cadence, Orgwright. Each has its own page at /agents/<id>.
What model powers them?
Claude Sonnet 4.6 for the main agents. The auto-router uses Claude Haiku 4.5 for speed.
Are my conversations private?
Yes. Per the Anthropic API terms, your inputs and outputs are not used to train models. We don't share your conversations with anyone.
Why does each run cost different amounts of tokens?
Cost reflects the depth and length of the artifact. A quick research scan ≈ 30 tokens, a full monthly investor update ≈ 400. See the cost on each agent's page.
Integrations
How do I connect Gmail / Slack / Stripe / etc.?
Open /app/integrations, click the tile, complete the OAuth flow. We use Composio as the broker — Composio holds the tokens, we never see them.
Which agents read connected data?
Today: Coldforge + Researcher read Gmail, Numbersmith + Cadence read Stripe + GitHub, Recruiter reads GitHub. More wires shipping weekly.
What if my tool isn't on the list?
Check /mcp — bring-your-own MCP server is invite-only beta. For everything else, email hello@agenteam5.com and we'll prioritise.
Billing
How does pricing work?
Token-based. Free tier: 100 tokens/month. Token packs: $10 / $45 / $200 / $750. Pro: $39/mo or $390/yr (saves $78). Polar Software is our merchant of record.
What's the refund policy?
Pro: 14-day refund window if you've used <200 tokens. Token packs: 14 days, prorated to unused tokens. Email hello@agenteam5.com.
Can I change plans?
Yes — upgrade/downgrade Pro from /app/wallet anytime. Token packs are one-time purchases that never expire.
Do you store my credit card?
No. Polar handles all card data. We only see the order outcome via signed webhook.
Privacy & security
Where is my data stored?
Primary database: Neon Postgres. Analytics: PostHog (EU host). Errors: Sentry (DE host). All listed in /privacy with sub-processor links.
Can I delete my account?
Yes. /app/settings → Danger zone → Delete account permanently. We erase all data within 30 days.
Can I export my data?
Yes. /app/settings → Export my data (JSON). Full dump of profile + briefs + runs + wallet + integrations.
Are you GDPR / CCPA compliant?
Yes. /privacy explains the legal bases under GDPR and the CCPA "do not sell" position. We honour DNT and Global Privacy Control browser signals.
